We are so happy to have you here.
Let me show you how to get started and how to get the most out of useArtemis.

First of all : What is useArtemis used for ?

useArtemis is a Linkedin automation tool.

The main purpose is to send invites and messages with AI.

Instead of automating the old way using spammy templates like "Hello {firstname}", you can let useArtemis write and send ultra personalized invites, messages and replies with AI. This ensure the highest acceptance & response rate possible.

Each messages sent by useArtemis are personalized based on your prospect's Linkedin profile, your company, your goal, your pitch and your conversation ( if any ) with the prospect.

And of course you can also send standard messages using variables {firstname}, {lastname}, {companyname} if you don't want to use AI.

Why using AI messages instead of template messages ?

There are 23 main reasons why you want to use AI messages over templates.

  • AI messages are hyper personalized and have a much higher acceptance rate.

  • AI messages are different for each prospects which means that Linkedin will never flag them as automated.

  • AI messages are written in the context of your conversation with your prospects, this way you avoid to send messages that do not match the eventual reply of the prospect.

Let's get started !

First step: Connect your Linkedin account

If it's not done yet, you can connect your Linkedin account from your settings.

Once your account is connected you can move to the second step.

Create your first campaign

Now let's move to the most interesting part, the campaign creation.

To create a campaign you can click on the "Create a new campaign button" on the homepage.

You will then be asked to chose a way to create a campaign.

There are 2 options : With Ai or manually.

What are the differences ?

To send messages with AI, useArtemis will need you to write prompts in your messages steps and invitations steps (if you want to send invitations with notes).

When you create a campaign with AI, useArtemis automatically write those prompts for you based on the reply you will provide just after this step.

When you create a campaign from scratch, useArtemis will just start a standard template and you will have to write those prompts yourself if you want to use AI.

Note: No matter if you choose AI or from scratch, you can still personalize the campaign as you want later.

For this exemple we will go with "Create with AI" which is by far the most practical way to create a campaign.

In this first step, useArtemis is asking for our company website if we have one.

Note: If you provide a website, useArtemis will fetch your website content to know more about your company so it can write better messages and replies.

You will then be prompted to provide your company name. If you provided a website it should be filled automatically.

Then you will have to write the main pitch of your service or product. If you provided a website at the first step you can generate one with AI.

In the final step useArtemis will ask you to chose a goal for your campaign.

You can write whatever you want, scheduling a call, book a demo, invite to a webinar etc ... This text will be analyzed by AI so you can even include a link like a calendly or any other link.

Ok now we are almost ready !

We only have one more step to do : Finding prospects !

Here again the process is really simple.


You can either target an existing list of prospects if you have one, or import new leads.
​Let's import new leads !

useArtemis offers multiple ways to import leads. The best way is to use our Apollo scraper.

It allows you to find leads based on criteria like location, job title and more.

Alternatively you can import leads from a CSV file or from Sales Navigator.

Let's import leads from Apollo !

Here I'm targeting sales manager in companies from 1 to 50 employees in the united states.

Once I am satisfied with my search I can click on the blue button "Import people to list"

As I am doing Linkedin prospection I don't need any email, so I can click again on "Import & enrich 1000 leads".

And tadam ! We are ready !

Let's click on "Create campaign".

It might take a few seconds as useArtemis needs to write a few prompts.

You can now view the sequence that was created. By default AI is not always enabled, you might need to click on "Write notes with AI".

The prompt is already written.

You can do the same thing for messages if you want the AI to write the message.

From the settings tab you can change your a few things including your timezone, the working hours and your goals, pitch as well as the number of invites you want to send per day etc.

Once you are ready you can click on the "Launch campaign" black button to launch your campaign.

Note: Once your campaign is launched, the first task might not be executed instantly based on the load of the server, your timezone and other factors.

However you can view your upcoming tasks and when they will be executed from the dashboard.

And if I click on "View upcoming tasks" I can view the list of tasks directly.
